Kitz & Pfeil Power Center

Called power center about my new John Deere rider i bought here that has a ear piercing noise since day 1 when engaging mower blades. Guy on phone (John) was less than helpful and after describing my issue he says "that's not what I asked" in a crappy tone. Im taking it somewhere else to be fixed. I've worked in customer service most of my life and refuse to be talked to like that and will not be a customer here any longer.

parts guy was rude, and very unhelpful because he was not even willing to go look in the back for a part that would fit. He's only worked there a year so far we'll see if he lasts because that is not customer service.

Awesome experience. Stopped info for a oil cap on a Stihl pole saw. The employees are very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. Very impressed. Highly recommend you shop at this local family operated store.

My family has been shopping here for generations. I guess that makes me an old Oshkosh type person. Everyone at the store is friendly and they know about the products that they sell. If you need something and they don't carry it, they can usually order it for you. The only bad thing is, when my wife needs to find me. She knows that I am most likely to show up here sooner or later. So she leaves a message with someone.
